Pecan Tarts



Pecan Tarts
1 1/3 cups butter (3 sticks)
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 2/3 cups sifted self rising flour

Mix and keep over night in frig.

Filling:
4 eggs beaten
3 cups light brown sugar packed
1/4 cup melted butter
dash salt
1/4 tea vanilla

Put dough in tart pans and cut nuts in bottom and
fill with filling. Bake at 350 degree for 15 minutes
and then 250 degree for 10 minutes.
