Fruit Cake Cookies



Fruit Cake Cookies

1 Cup Brown Sugar
3 well beaten eggs
3/4 pound seedless raisens
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tea vanilla
1 tea cinnamon
1 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 cups crystallized cherries
1 cup crystallized pinapple
7 cups pecans
1 tea baking soda

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and other ingredients.
Mix and drop from spoon onto a greased pan ( I use those silpat
sheets) and bake in slow oven (300 degrees) for 20 to 30 minutes.
This receipe came from a lady I worked with in Chattanooga TN in
1973
